How do I buy tickets?
Open any event and tap Book Tickets. This opens the event's official, secure ticketing page. Your tickets, wallet passes, and PDFs are delivered there.
I'm not receiving notifications.
First, make sure notifications are enabled for Maple Arts in your phone's Settings. Then open the app's Settings and check that you've selected the cities you want concert alerts for.
How do I choose which cities I get alerts for?
Go to Settings in the app and pick your cities (or "All of Canada"). Changes take effect right away.
Can I listen to music offline?
Yes. Download an album from its page, then listen anytime — even without a connection. Manage your downloads under Settings → Downloads.
Is there an account or a fee?
No. Maple Arts is free, with no sign-up and no ads. Just open the app and start browsing.
Your Privacy
The app collects no personal information — only a random device ID and your optional notification preferences.
To delete your data, open Settings → Data & Privacy, copy your Device ID, and email it to artists@maplearts.co with the subject Data Deletion Request. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
